When in Washington DC or in Brussels we will encourage the respective institutions to provide ongoing funding for Holigent/Environmental-Compliant Community Construction Projects.
Planning and construction of experimental/educational Holigent campuses will begin
as soon as funding becomes available.
When funds arrive the societal reconstruction program will expand to national scales; constructing live/work pedestrian communities with hybrid economies to secure quality of life and peaceful systemic sustainability.
